I have made many cakes over the past year, my gallery has recently been updated with some of the newer cakes, and we still have to update quite a few more photots to put up for you all to see!

One of my favourites this year has been the black and white ruffle cake.Ruffle_Cake_1Such a pretty cake with lots of ruffles and a beautiful topper and flower. This was for a 30th birthday, but this sort of cake could be for a wedding or an engagement, and the colours can be modified to suit your theme.

Spring is coming up, and places are booking fast for cakes, such a great time of year to have a party in a park with friends and family. I look forward to posting some newer photos for you soon!
